🍝 Steak Alfredo Fettuccine Recipe 🥩🧄

A match made in foodie heaven—tender steak on a bed of creamy, garlicky Alfredo fettuccine! This dish is as rich in flavor as it looks. Perfect for date night or when you want to treat yourself to a gourmet meal at home. 😍✨

✨ Ingredients:
For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks 🥩
Salt & black pepper 🧂
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic, smashed 🧄
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter 🧈
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
300g fettuccine 🍝
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

✨ Steps:

1️⃣ Cook the Fettuccine:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Steak:

Season steak generously with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare (adjust for your preference).
Add butter and smashed garlic; baste the steak with melted butter for extra flavor. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

4️⃣ Combine Pasta and Sauce:

Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat every strand in creamy goodness.

5️⃣ Plate the Dish:

Serve the pasta in a large bowl.
Arrange sliced steak on top and drizzle with any leftover juices.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
✨ Pro Tip: Add mushrooms or spinach to the Alfredo sauce for an extra layer of flavor.
