Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes, halved
Steamed broccoli
Diced avocado
Sliced cucumber
Shredded carrots
Cooked couscous or quinoa
Steps:
Grill tofu with a barbecue glaze until slightly caramelized.

Brown rice or farro
