Shrimp & Broccoli Bowl
Ingredients:
Whole cooked shrimp
Steamed broccoli
Sweet corn
Sliced avocado
Hard-boiled egg
Instructions:
Steam broccoli until tender.
Boil the egg, peel, and slice in half.
Arrange shrimp, broccoli, avocado, and corn in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Avocado & Salmon Bowl
Ingredients:
Sliced avocado
Mixed greens
Cherry tomatoes
Smoked salmon
Sweet corn
Soft-boiled egg
Instructions:
Prepare a base of mixed greens in the bowl.
Slice cherry tomatoes and add to the greens.
Add smoked salmon, avocado, and corn.
Top with a halved boiled egg and serve with a light dressing.
