Avocado Smoothie

Avocado Smoothie,

Yields: 2 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

* 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
* 1 frozen banana
* 1 cup spinach
* 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (almond, soy, etc.)
* 1/4 cup water
* 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt

Instructions:

* Combine ingredients: In a blender, add the avocado, frozen banana, spinach, plant-based milk, water, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and salt.
* Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
* Pour and enjoy: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Tips:

* If you don't have a frozen banana, you can use fresh banana, but the smoothie will be less thick.
* You can add other fruits and vegetables to your smoothie, such as berries, mango, or kale.
* For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen banana or avocado.
