1 kg chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
1 tbsp chili flakes (for a little heat!)
Chopped nuts or sesame seeds for garnish
Steps:
Marinate the Wings:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Add the chicken wings and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better!).
Cook the Wings:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or heat oil if frying.
If baking, place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispiness.
If frying, fry the wings until golden and crispy.
Make the Glaze:
In a pan, simmer the remaining marinade until thick and sticky. Toss the cooked wings in the glaze until well-coated.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle chopped nuts or sesame seeds on top and serve hot with a lemon wedge for extra zing!
