For the trim:

1/2 cup pizza sauce 🍅
1 pound of ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper 🍔
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese 🧀

To Garnish:

Ketchup and mustard drizzle

Instructions

Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or hob inside to warm up.

Prepare the dough:

Move the pizza dough over a flour surface over a large circle about 12-14 inches in diameter. Brush the edges with olive oil.

Assemble the pizza:

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
Sprinkle a layer of cheese on the sauce.
Distribute evenly the ground beef cooked on the cheese.
Add the slices of bacon cooked on it.
Sprinkle another layer of cheese to seal all the delicious toppings.

Cook the pizza:

Carefully transfer the pizza to the pre-heated stone or baking sheet. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and sparkling.

Once cooked, fill the pizza with optional dill pickle slices and fine-sliced red onions for a bur-like feel
