Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli – A Savory, Cheesy Delight! 





Ingredients:

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) 

1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) 

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) 

1 cup pepperoni slices 

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping) 

1 tbsp olive oil 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp dried oregano 

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for spice) 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangular shape (about 10x14 inches). 

Add the Fillings:

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, leaving a small border around the edges. 



Season:

Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the filling for extra flavor. 



Roll the Stromboli:

Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, like a jelly roll, pinching the edges to seal it.
Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

Bake:

Brush the top of the stromboli with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt over it.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling inside.
Slice and Serve:

Let the stromboli cool for a few minutes, then slice into thick pieces.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping!
