Creamy Peanut Delight Pie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to create the crust.
2. In a separate bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
5. Spoon the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
7. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
