Tasty Burger & Wing Platter Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings:
1 lb chicken wings
BBQ sauce (1/2 cup)
Honey (2 tbsp)
Salt, pepper, paprika
Classic Cheeseburger:
1 sesame seed bun
1 beef patty (grilled or pan-fried)
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Cheese slice
Mayo, ketchup
French Fries:
3 medium-sized potatoes (cut into sticks)
Oil for frying
Salt
Simple Salad:
Lettuce, cucumber, and shredded red cabbage
Dressing of your choice (optional)
Steps:
Chicken Wings:
Season wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Bake or air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
Toss in a mixture of BBQ sauce and honey. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Cheeseburger:
Grill or pan-fry the beef patty until juicy.
Toast the sesame seed bun.
Assemble: Bottom bun → mayo → lettuce → patty → cheese → tomato → ketchup → top bun.
French Fries:
Fry potato sticks in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with salt immediately after frying.
Salad:
Toss lettuce, cucumber slices, and shredded cabbage together. Add dressing if desired.
Arrange everything neatly on a tray and serve with dipping sauces (ketchup, spicy mayo, or ranch)!
