Who doesn't love a pizza? Now you can enjoy all the cheesy goodness in a fun rolled-up version! This easy-to-make Pepperoni Pizza Roll is perfect for a quick meal or a party snack.
Ingredients:
1 pack pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the pizza dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape, about 12x10 inches.
Spread the sauce: Evenly spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges.
Add the toppings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce. Then layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese. Add oregano and garlic powder on top.
Roll it up: Carefully roll the dough from one edge to the other, ensuring it’s tightly wrapped.
Bake: Brush the rolled pizza with olive oil for a golden crust, and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
