Cheesy Beef Burrito Recipe
Ingredients:
Large Flour Tortillas (4 pieces)
Ground Beef (1 pound)
Onion & Garlic (1 small onion, minced; 2 cloves garlic, minced)
Taco Seasoning (1 packet or 2 Tbsp homemade)
Tomato Sauce (1 cup)
Beans (Optional, 1/2 cup refried or black beans)
Toppings : Fresh Cilantro, Sour Cream, Hot Sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare Beef Filling:
Sauté onion and garlic in a skillet with a bit of oil until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce; let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Assemble Burritos:
Lay a tortilla flat. Add beef filling, beans (if using), and shredded cheese.
Roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
Bake or Pan-Fry:
For extra gooeyness, place burritos on a baking sheet, top with cheese, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
Or, pan-fry until golden and crisp.
Drizzle and Garnish:
Drizzle hot sauce, add sour cream, sprinkle cilantro, and enjoy warm!
