Juicy Peach Raspberry Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup whole milk
2 ripe peaches (sliced)
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 tbsp turbinado sugar (for topping)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk until smooth. Gently fold in peach slices and raspberries.
